File Uploads

We accept all types of files however it's best to send high resolution PDF or TIFF files. This will nail down your layouts, fonts & colours. We will then send you a PDF soft proof via email to ensure your images are indeed correct before printing.

F.T.P. Service

Upload your files securly using Mozilla's free "FileZilla"

1. Click on the FileZilla icon to download FileZilla's

Free FTP software. Once Installed click on File, then Site Manager.

2. Click on New Site and name it Bi-Plane.

3. Under the General tab you'll see Logontype: set it to "normal"

4. Provide the Host name of ftp.biplane.ca

5. Provide Username & Password (call us)

6. Drag your files one at a time into the folder called
CLIENT IMAGES (right side of the screen).

PLEASE NOTE !

If you have multiple files please zip/stuff your files into one file before copying files over. You can not copy a folder into our FTP site it must be a file(s).

    * Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive.
    * Always stuff or zip your files to protect them from
      corruption during the transfer.
    * We do not recommend sending stuffed or zipped files larger        than 200MB.

If your files are larger than 200MB, you will need to separate them into multiple transmissions. You may also submit the files on transportable media such as a DVD or USB memory stick. There are also free third party email software on line that will accommodate your large files. For example YOUSENDIT is one of many companies that let you send large files online.
